This agreement is a legal contract established between you and ONsu Cloud (hereinafter referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding the downloading, installation, and use of the mobile accelerator application (hereinafter referred to as 'this App').

Once you begin downloading or using this App, you are deemed to have fully understood and agreed to all the terms of this agreement. Please be sure to read it carefully before use. We strictly prohibit any form of unauthorized copying or modification of this App and its associated trademarks. It is prohibited to extract source code via reverse engineering, translate app text, or develop any derivative versions. All intellectual property rights of this App are exclusively owned by the Service Provider. To maintain high-quality service operations, we reserve the right to adjust functionalities or set service fees at any time; any fee changes will be clearly communicated to users. In addition, users must independently bear the responsibility of maintaining device security and account confidentiality. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting the device, as such actions will destroy the system's security firewall and may cause the accelerator to fail or expose you to virus threats.

This Service integrates some necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are simultaneously bound by the respective terms of service of these partners.

Explanation of service limitations: The functionality of this App relies on a stable network environment (Wi-Fi or mobile data). If the service cannot be used due to user device arrears, data limits, or poor network signals, the Service Provider assumes no related responsibility. When used outside of a Wi-Fi environment, your mobile carrier may incur data traffic charges. If you enable roaming outside your country of origin without using a suitable data plan, the resulting roaming charges must be borne by you. Before using this App, please ensure you have obtained permission from the bill payer.

Users must bear full responsibility for their usage behavior. For example, if the service cannot be accessed due to device battery depletion, it is not covered by our compensation. Although we strive to provide the most accurate global routing information, some data comes from third-party partners; we do not bear legal responsibility for any direct or indirect losses resulting from this. To ensure compatibility and security, this App will irregularly release version updates, and you agree to download and install the latest versions when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate the services of this App without prior notice. After service termination, the usage license granted to you will become invalid, and you must stop using and delete this App.
